Hey guys

I have a redmi note 8 pro and recently I have bought a liberty air 2 pro, but I experienced some problems.
When I calling by sim card microphone works correctly. But in apps like Whatsapp or telegram and sound recorder the mic doesn't works. Not in call nor sound message. Actually in this situation the phone takes sound from itself mic instead of the earphones mic.

I have tested these before:
- restarting phone
- installing soundcore app
- unpair/pair the earphones
- clearing the cache

I think there is a problem with miui, or any settings needed.

Is there any suggestions?
Any idea is very welcome
