The dual app doesn't work for Viber - MIUI Tools - Xiaomi Community

When installing Viber on dual app provided from the Xiaomi mi note 10lite phone the viber app doesn't work properly. They can't download anything. Not pictures not video not memes. Only text message appears. Also you can't send any pictures etc. What can i do. Its Very important to have that second account on my phone.

Same problem here.
Using Mi 11 lite 5g NE and while it was working just fine, one day it decided it wouldn't

The initial app works ok but its dual counterpart does what the post describes. Tried clearing caches uninstalling installing again. Problem still persists.

The exact same problem.. no solution so far. I have a Redmi 9. it worked fine till the last update I thing a few days earlier...

Its more than a month ago when I posted the issue that iam facing and there is no answer from anyone!! its Very frustrating!! I am sure that there problems to solve who are more important than this BUT an answer that we working on it should be come!!
