I have nothing but high praise for Xiaomi. There support team has helped me out in the past, social media stuff is fun and they interact back with there fans. Keep it up guys. I have been offered Samsung/Pixel handsets but alway stick to Xiaomi. Where do we enter this??

I haven't had to use service/support yet, which is testiment in itself to the quality of Xiaomi products.

Things others do better as a long time android fan and user of nearly all phone vendors now (but I always come back to Xiaomi) - the store accuracy. Even now the Mi 11 lite 5G has some '?? ' instead of information. I also wasn't sure if it had SD card support and tried many other websites and couldn't find the answer at launch. I ended up emailing support who confirmed it very quickly and made the purchase. But I'd say the store front is where we go for all the info and it could put people off of they have to find information out themselves. <br>
The good? The support were very quick and friendly. The community via social media channels is active and fun and Xiaomi has some of the most genuinely passionate fans out there - definitely keep tapping into that.
Also by extension the games and sales keep people coming back. I always look at them even though I'm happy with my phone.
The forums are good but not active enough. It can't be a user base issue if sales are to be believed, maybe just needs a push to get people on it.
My thoughts! Big thank you to all the guys girls and anyone inbetween for all you do
