[Q & A] when I add a number to the Xiaomi cloud it says it's invalid why is that?

I have tried two numbers already but both are invalid I'm a bit confused as both numbers work everywhere else just fine I need your help of you know what the problem is please respond asap

I'm not a mi cloud user, so not sure why you are adding a number, but purely in general, does it ask for a country code? And if so, do you remove the zero at the beginning of the phone number?

Where are you trying to use the number, To check your Xiaomi Cloud account go to i.mi.com   You can sign in with your email address.
