OK, definitely not good. Can you tell us more, is it all the time, at specific moments, with all or just some apps? Is there any pattern you can distinguish, and how strong is it? AFAIK, it's something that has only been seen on MIUI 12.5 on one another model (the POCO x3 pro, now maintained by an independent brand), so it would be good to get to see what the issues are to draw conclusion. Oh, and would you terribly mind reporting it to devs via phone settings/feedback, it will help make them aware and give them tools to debug

No worries, your english is fine. OK, are you using a third party case?

OK, if it does the same with the case off, then definitely a software thing. Report in settings/feedback

Indeed. I'll keep an eye on the issue. Daft question, but did you reset the phone to factory after the 12.5 original update?

Go to settings, about phone, all specs, tap on "model" multiple times to eventually open "CIT". Scroll down to "touch sensor".
The rest is blatantly obvious. If you get ghost touch in that then you have 2 options. If you don't then it's not operating system related.
you can make a backup of all your stuff and factory reset.
OR
You can:
Settings, about phone, MIUI icon, tap the large MIUI icon multiple times to get the hidden extended update options when you press the 3 dots (top right, same screen). You can then download the latest update and manually reinstall it.
