Desde hace unos días, el navegador q viene preinstalado en el teléfono no funciona, y por tanto varias app y enlaces q me mandan, no puedo abrirlo. Alguien q me ayude a solucionar el problema. El Chrome tampoco funciona. Por favor si alguien supiera cómo solucionarlo, q me de la explicación, como si fuera para tontos. . . No soy muy diestro en el manejo interno del teléfono.
