Hi Xiaomi,so my issue is why when I try to factory reset or hard reset is not working on my lovely scooter 1s still remain the same please can you help me with that one so desperate to turn my scooter back to normal with his own version not the version 2.2.5 thank you Xiaomi for you time by the I love my scooter you did a very good job keep it up stay safe I'll be waiting for your feedback regards.
