Had MI A3 bricked? get a lawsuit with a good lawyer - Mi A3 - Mi Community

Hi everyone, its so sad that it occur worse than before like Android 10 update, but in this case everyone that had the phone completely damaged by the update, can call a lawsuit against it. It may differ in each country, and the laws can provide more or less money depending how the laws works there. But it definitely will work. Its Xiaomi fault, and they can refund and PAY money with moral damages (depending on region and country laws).

Maybe the money you all can get from xiaomi, make your 2021 happy through they bad and faulty updates they delivered.

In this case, its more easy and less spending. Because the update was provided by they with 100% rate to brick and damage phones. A brand new lawyer with no experience can lead you to win a lawsuit against xiaomi now.

Friends on France, Canada and Brazil just started doing something about it.

You can address you issue on PROCON(if I'm not spelling wrong, it's a government service) and keep in touch with a good lawyer. A friend on Brazil had get a lawsuit against Xiaomi a11 issue.
