My order for Mi A3 had disappeared from Amazon order history, I had to chat with two people before they managed to send me via email the instructions for returning the phone.

Thankfully I will get a refund, instead of a new Xiaomi.

I now understood why Xiaomi withheld Redmi Note 8 global update for months. 🙏 Thanks Xiaomi I just don't want update. 😁

Withholding the update for months doesn't help anything if it's not tested.
Android 11 was released over three months ago.
