[Q&A] You do what is beneficial to you. But this is not necessary for the buyers of the planet.

Why are you constantly producing super-expensive and unreliable products? With a short service life of 1 year.

I'm not your slave to pay China a tribute of 600 euros every year for a new smartphone, which will again be technical painted garbage.

Where are smartphones with Android GO OS?

You in China copy Western technologies, everyone knows it. You can copy Apple iPhone 6S Plus, and install a simple and reliable Android GO OS on it. I know you can, and it will cost about 200 euros in the store, no more.

Why don't you do this?
You deceive people with false promises, release a smartphone with a photo camera that shoots like a separate professional photo camera or video camera. But that's a lie. This is obvious to anyone, not even a specialist. Every year you tell the same tale.
It turns out that Huawei is better than you, and Motorola is cheaper than you.
Constant updates to Android cause constant new problems. This is the economy of addicts. Each of your updates makes me sit and manually configure all 285 programs in my smartphone. I spend hours of my life fighting the evil that you build into my smartphone, and you do it with my money, which I paid you for the device I bought from you.
I am currently reading technical reviews and analytics. Experts who monitor the smartphone market say that you have lost your "connection with reality." You make low-quality devices at super-priced, in the era of COVID (thanks for that, China).

Who will pay you for this? Are you sure?

Sorry to see your disappointed by your phone. But I have to disagree with your overall comments.
Usually people that come to these help forums are here because they have issues. Not because all is rosy and perfect. So expect to see problems.
I had or have, Apple, Samsung, HTC, ZTE, Oneplus, Honor, Acer, HP, Dell. All these companies have FAQ and help forums. Why?
Apple, had an IT technician working on a problem with an iPod. After a couple of hours he gave up and I had to reformat my PC because Itunes and the iPod were causing PC issues!
Samsung had exploding batteries.
My F2 pro, I can't customize the notifications in "Messages" app on the global version. Is it Xiaomi's fault or Google?
Now, do you prefer to have issues on a phone you purchased for 600$? Or on a phone you purchased 1500$?

I am not an IT worker at all.
There are professionals in my country who can do whatever they want with a Xiaomi smartphone.
They can turn it into a super device.
But these people do not advertise themselves, they hide.
And we all understand why.

I think people prefer smartphones from a serious brand like Google or Apple, or Motorola -  for one simple reason. This is a guarantee of quality. This is a legal important point.
I am buying a product. And the brand owner of this product tells me: "You pay me money. I give you a working device in return. And I will answer in court if I sell you a low-quality product of my brand. I stated in the advertisement the characteristics of this product. And I guarantee that you pay for them and they will work. "
It's simple, isn't it?
We must all comply with international laws.
