My phone doesn't turn on, it doesn't seem to charge the battery and won't let me int - Redmi Note 6 Pro - Xiaomi Community

I was using my cell phone and my battery was about to run out, so I just turned it off. The next day, I tried to charge it, I tried to turn it on but neither the LED nor the screen lights up, try to make a hard reset but my phone does not respond.
I don't know what to do help

Please use English as it is Global community. about that, have you tried charge it about an hour? tried with another charger [ usb cable as well ] ?

I sent an email to Xiaomi Global, and they told me the same thing, but I live in Nuevo León, Mexico, and the "closest" service center is in Mexico City. Should I go anywhere cell phones are repaired?
