Had my Mi Notebook Pro for around 2 years now. A few days ago, while browsing on Chrome, the laptop suddenly completely turned off from one second to another, and has been dead ever since. I tried unplugging the battery, but it doesn't help. I can't see any obviously broken resistors and there was no burned smell coming from the laptop when it shut down. When the battery is connected, the charging light continuously stays green. Same when connecting the charger (with or without battery connected). Pressing the power button does nothing. No fans spinning, just nothing. Any ideas what this could be? Or what else I could try to troubleshoot this? I'd just replace the motherboard but I can't find replacement parts anywhere online. |
