Some Mi Apps had to be removed in some regions to meet the privacy laws

Check comment #5. Due to some diplomatic tensions, a few Chinese apps were banned by India, which includes Mi Browser. Since POCO is based in India, they have to comply with the government policies and made Mi Browser as a user app. You can download and install the app from any third party source without any issues.
