[Global ROM] MIUI 12 Global Rom Downlink Link for Redmi Note 7 Pro

Hi,
I am currently using Redmi Note 7 Pro (6/128) which is Chinese rom based. Its MIUI version is 12.0.2.0 (QFHCNXM). I want to shift to Global rom. Can someone give me MIUI 12 Global Rom download link?

Kindly note that there is only India and china specific ROM available for the Redmi note 7 pro as it is a region specific device.

I'm on RedmiNote9S in the Caribbean and I have downloaded India version of "miui_CURTANAINGlobal_V12.0.1.0.QJWINXM_3429e721e1_10.0.zip"
if I install this it will be the same as if it was the OTA Update ??
