I remove all my emails and reinstall the google play services. I have succesfully installed it and once I try to add my email account I just hang on Checking info. Please help!

Yes, I had a problem with the services. I reinstalled all services (play services, play store) and then updated to new versions (services framework app, play services, play store for android 10) from apkmirror.
The problem is gone.
