Why did this happen? - Mi A2 Lite - Xiaomi Community

Today morning my mi a2 lite was turned off unexpectedly. I tried to turn on but it was not. After few more attempt it showed me a command to reset phone. After resetting it's running fine but I have lost my personal photos and data. So what was happened?

Dear user, no chance to happens it automatically. If you then long press in power button then device will turned on without losing data.

Dear user, no chance to happens it automatically. If you then long press in power button then device will turned on without losing data.

But it's happened. Recently I have updated to Android 10. Maybe for that cause Android 10 update has some bugs. Also today built-in call recorder has gone.

Call recording feature was an trial version. It released for testing.
