In and Out About Google Lens - Redmi Note 9 - Xiaomi Community

Nowadays we all are in a position where everything has gone modernized. To match up with this modern world the tech giant Google has introduced an app called Google Lens.

Google lens is an app that uses the phone camera to perform some work like scanning, translation, shopping, identify flowers and other things. Basically, it does those things with the help of AI and deep machine learning.

Google lens helps you to know about something you point with your phone camera and ask Google Assistant about the thing you point at. For Example,you point at a flower Google lens will give you the name and will suggest you where you can find that flower.

Aside from the scenarios described above, Google Lens offers the following features:

Translate: If some one point their phone at text and,with Google Translate plugging in, live translate text will be in front of their very eyes.

Smart Text Selection: People point their phone's camera at text, then highlight that text within Google Lens, and copy it to use on their phone. So, for instance, imagine pointing phone at a Wi-Fi password and being able to copy/paste it into a Wi-Fi login screen.

Shopping: If you see a dress you like while shopping, Google Lens can identify that piece and similar articles of clothing. This works for household decor and more, too, via relevant reviews and shopping options.

Search around you: If anyone point their camera around you, Google Lens will detect and identify your surroundings. For us, that meant IDing the kinds of plants, breeds of pet cats, and highlighting reviews of DVDs from our entertainment stand.
