I bought Redmi note 9 pro 3 days ago but I noticed the battery is draining too much ,a battery capacity of over 5000 .Why now ?

that's why.? you can't revert back to the previous security patch. better use it and wait or do a factory reset maybe that might help

It is common after a system update. Just do hard restart by pressing the power button for 5 to 10 sec. Do it often times. It will stabilize.
