The sensor is trash since I have my Mix 3. It makes me so frustrated that sometimes I want to drive over it by a tank. When I'm having a call and I want to put the person on speaker I move away the phone from my ear to the "regular" phone holding position it turns on the screen for a blink of an eye and it goes black. I have to lock and unlock the phone several times to turn on the screen (while the call is going). Ohh and even after that I can't always switch apps using gestures...
