some app crashing automatic on 8a dual - Redmi 8A - Mi Community

16 th june 2020 i bought a redmi 8a dual. 3/32 variant. Some time apps are closing automati. Like i am watching you tube.. Suddenly it close it self. Then i try to open it. It open and close immediatel.. By few attempts it is working normally...
...and a great problem with this phone i can't add this device to unlock bootloader... Saying error massag..." Device Basic data verification fail..'

you need to do a clean flash, since you are unable to unlock the Bootloader, so I request you to go nearest Customer Care with necessary documents.

i am also not able to unlock bootloader of 8a dual , it says basic device data verification failed

Someone help me , my device is new , and bootlaoder is not unlocking how to unlock bootloadr on this device , on other remdi device never faced this type of issues
