Greetings from Mi Community Bangladesh Tech Team. Microsoft is creating a new lists app for businesses that use its Microsoft 365 services. Not to be confused with To Do, Microsoft’s consumer lists app, Microsoft Lists is designed to be the next evolution of SharePoint Lists. SharePoint users have been using lists for years to track issues and organize information and Microsoft Lists will work across Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and Outlook.
Here's a Quick Look at The Tools Highlights:

There will be three main views for lists: grid, gallery, and calendar. The primary grid view includes rows and columns that can be configured and reordered. Gallery view will largely be used for lists that include images, and calendar is ideal for lists that include dates.
Microsoft is also adding a rule system to its Lists service, much like how you might filter emails in Outlook using rules. There's also conditional formatting criteria, the option to set custom rules “if this then that” and the ability to create custom personal views that show only what you care about.
Microsoft Lists is expected to start rolling out later this summer for Microsoft 365 users.
