There’s too many things to talk about on this phone. Let’s start with the design. The Redmi Note 9 Pro comes with 3 color options which are identical to the Redmi Note 9s. If you look closely on the sample below you will notice that the Tropical Green has a two tone color and the camera module design looks different compared to the Glacier White and Interstellar Grey. ![]() The back is a 3D curve corning gorilla glass 5 and is super reflective. It was challenging taking videos of the phone but I love the back design. It is easy to hold, especially watching videos or gaming. The bottom has the speaker, microphone, type-c port and a 3.5mm headphones jack. The sides, you will find the volume buttons, finger-print sensor/power button and the other side has the sim tray. The Redmi Note 9 Pro supports 2 nano sim and a SD card slot. At the top you will find the second microphone and the IR blaster. ![]() Moving along to the front it has a 6.67” IPS LCD dot display. The screen colors are so vibrant with slimmer bezels which is ideal for movie and gaming marathons. Your eyes won’t get tired and are protected since this phone has TÜV Rheinland low blue light certification. The front screen is also a Corning gorilla glass 5 and they have pre-installed a screen protector. ![]() Screenshot 2020-05-06 at 11.00.10 am.png (1.17 MB, Downloads: 2) 2020-05-07 18:28:19 Upload The sound quality is way better than the previous versions. As advertised, it has 30% louder and 80% more bass. Perfect for gamers, movie and music lovers. Performance wise you won’t get disappointed. It is truly a flashship level performance. Under the hood it comes with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G and Adreno 618 graphics processor for smooth gaming performance. Impressive Antutu Benchmark Score of more than 276000. ![]() Screenshot 2020-05-06 at 11.53.07 am.png (1.19 MB, Downloads: 0) 2020-05-07 18:29:24 Upload ![]() Screenshot 2020-05-06 at 11.50.43 am.png (937.61 KB, Downloads: 0) 2020-05-07 18:29:27 Upload Battery is super loooong lasting. Redmi Note 9 Pro 5020mAh could easily last 2 days. Charging the phone is super faaaast with its 30W supercharge and in-box Charger of 33W. I will be doing a battery test together with the performance test soon. Stay tuned. One of the most anticipated features of the Redmi Note series are the cameras. It has four rear cameras with a 64MP main shooter along with the 8MP Ultra wide angle lens with 119° FOV, 5MP Macro lens and a 2MP Depth sensor lens. The samples below are taken on a very gloomy cloudy day but still have great results. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Screenshot 2020-05-06 at 1.41.18 pm.png (451.08 KB, Downloads: 6) 2020-05-07 18:31:51 Upload ![]() Screenshot 2020-05-06 at 1.41.30 pm.png (641.42 KB, Downloads: 3) 2020-05-07 18:31:55 Upload The camera is packed with features which includes, Google lens, Docs Scanner, Cinematic portraits, Movie frame, Kaleidoscope, Pro Mode and much much more. It has a 16MP in-display front camera that shoots stunning selfies. Fun stuff like 120fps slow motion selfie video and Kaleidoscope are some of the features found on the front camera. ![]() Screenshot 2020-05-06 at 1.35.51 pm.png (568.45 KB, Downloads: 0) 2020-05-07 18:37:38 Upload Other features that I like.
