[Q&A] Mi Pad 2 storage speed Upgrade

Hi.
I have MiPad 2 64GB

before i have 64GB eMMC Toshiba THGBMFG9C4LBAIR 64GB. THIS eMMC is v5.0 max speed 400MB / s.

i replaced to samsung KLMBG2JETD-B041 32GB eMMC v5.1 max speed 600MB / s

** WINDOWS TEST:
when in boot by USB Ufei win10x64 selected 29 gb part and install windows
after Done CAN NOT boot from this emmc.

the eMMC is OK and show 29gb in winPE size .and recovery, boot, win portions. BUT not boot.



** ANDROID TEST:
this command work on eMMC v5.0. BUT NOT WORK on eMMC V5.1. for sample

fastboot boot loader.efi // NOW FASTBOOT SHOW IN TABLET
fastboot oem unlock // unlock DONE AND Rested
fastboot flash gpt gpt.bin

i think the BIOS not support eMMC v5.1 generation on startup.

Sorry if it is a bit off topic but i'm interested in upgrading my 16GB Mi Pad 2 to 64GB so I can use Windows 10. Do you know if it's possible? Is soldering that Toshiba eMMC (THGBMFG9C4LBAIR) into the motherboard enough?
