Now that the 4G edition released, we still waiting for 5G variant version. Hope you can emphasize that as soon as possible

Yes. AFAIK, the devs are working on the Android 10 update based on MIUI 11 for the 5G variant, but I cannot say an ETA at the moment. For now, let's just wait patiently. I'll be posting any information I get from the devs here in the subforum, so stay tuned.

I clearly disabled every single automatic update feature but somehow my phone still managed to download and install the stable from beta.. What else does happen in the background that I have no way to monitor? Does Xiaomi has my credit card information too? Disgusting.

Do you use the Security app to optimize your device? If then, that's what revoked your software updates. There is an option to check for root and system updates in security scan settings. Turn off both of them and then turn off the options in Updater app (both download and update). Note that this isn't done secretly, but most users won't notice this while optimizing the device.

Does your device have MIUI messages app? If it's only the Google messages, then it is there due to EU restrictions. But that shouldn't stop it from showing notifications. Check the message settings for any notifications turned off. Also, try clearing cache and data of the messages app and set notifications from scratch.

I heard that the MIUI 11 development will be halted next week. Will the 5G variant ever get the major updates by this week?

That's only for China Beta. The Stable ROM development will not be affected; atleast not for now. What this means is that no new features will be implemented in MIUI 11 and it will be more focused on optimization and security updates. For Mi MIX 3 5G, we are expecting a whole new ROM - but only devs can say as to when we can expect a new update.

Can I downgrade from Q to Pie without issues (of course by MiFlash)? I mean, there is no ARB, right?

ROM itself is almost perfect but I need Pie now for some reasons.

No ARB for Q to Pie. But, don't forget to MAKE A BACKUP, just in case.

None. From what we know, there are no update plans for the 5G variant at the moment. Hopefully it will resume development after MIUI 12 Global launch, but we have no information about that just yet.
