[Q&A] Sim Activation service not working?

Everything is fine on my part but the activation service doesn't work. The sim works fine on the phone. How can I fix this?

You need to have balance on your SIM so SMS can be sent to server.

It sends SMS from your phone for authentication so you need to have money (balance) on your number. Try to click 'retry again' (or something like that, can't remember). I had the same issue and after a few tries it worked.

Hello,pls I just bought a new Redmi note 8 pro. I inserted my two roaming simcards and it was working. I was receiving this message in the picture below but didn't understand it. In 3 days time both simcards lost signal on the phone. I contacted both customer care and I was told my sim is not blocked but active from their end.
Pls I need help to reactivate my sim on the note 8 pro
