[Q&A] Messaging Problem with default app

Hi guys,

I have a problem with the default messaging app of the phone. I live in the Philippines and my country code is  63. If I don't add  63 to ny contacts list, it won't register the name in my messages.

If I remove the 0s in my contact list and replace them all with  63, I can't call any of my contacts.

Based on the screenshot, I have go register my contacts like that for me to make a call and text.

Is there a fix for this?

For Pocophone, the default (and only installed) messaging app is Mi Message. Google Messages is installed separately.
Unfortunately, I haven't experienced such problem. Whether I put in 63 or 0 as prefix, I can save contacts and call/text them without any issues.
