How to disable

Can I disable this "Messenger is displaying over other apps" but can still receive chat heads. I want to use the messenger chat heads over the other apps. But I do not want to see the notification about it. Is it possible?and also,
How to stop receiving "Facebook update" notification. I already disabled Facebook App Installer/Manager and Auto-update apps in Playstore.Thank you.

yes, it is possible to disable that notification. basing from your photo. the first encircled notification, press and hold it until you see an option for you to allow/disable it.

Unfortunately, I tried to disable that as well but we can't. I searched it in the Xiaomi Forum and no one resolve it yet.
Its the new feature of Android P which in a normal android ui, you are able to disable it but different case for MIUI. Refer to photo below.
