POCO F1

[Discussion] Poco F1 restarts randomly

I recently bought poco f1. It is a brand new devise. However, I have noticed that my phone restarts automatically. Before restarting, it often gets stuck for few seconds. Just to clarify, there are no scheduled restarts or any other things. It is just restarting randomly. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi there!

Which ROM version are you on? Some users have reported random reboots on their devices. It's a software issue and I would suggest you to MAKE A BACKUP of all your data and do a factory reset. It solves the issue in most cases.

Cheers! :-)

I am using MIUI global stable. I have tried to reset it. I also flashed the fresh MIUI 10 rom usng updater. I also flash MIUI 10 using Xiaomi tools. However none of this solved the issue. Any suggestions? Do you still think that its a software issue? One more thing, I flashed the phone without unlocking the bootloader.

That's strange. Usually a factory reset solves issues like this. Does it happen very often? In that case, kindly get it checked at your nearest service center to see if it has any defective hardware inside.

Yeah, factory reset usually works. If the problem is still there, please visit service center.
