Background App Process - Redmi Note 6 Pro - Mi Community

Hi friends,
When i minimise my applications its will stop taking network connection. So how can i fix this issue.
I am not able to play PUBG in 20Mbps speeds network just because of this issue and i am not able to download any application from store.

1. check permissions and other permissions of it [ autostart and start in background too ]
2. try with another sim card/carrier which have a good signal network [ strength ] then check. Regards :)
