Greetings to all the MIUIers and Users of Mi6 Sub-Forum.Please read the Rules & Guidelines before you start surfing and posting here, especially the new comers.Rules & Regulations01. Please respect the General Rules.General rules is the main rules of "Xiaomi MIUI Forum", so whatever the sub-forum, the members must respect general rules.02. Use English as Main Language.We are clear that most of us come from different countries with different language, but please try to use English even if you are not really good with it. This is a global forum and your thread shall be readable by anyone from any countries.If you’re really unable to post in English use an online translator - Google Translator.All non-English threads and post will be deleted. And if repeated continuously then warning/ban will  be given.03. Search before Posting a Thread.Use the search function of forum before posting or creating thread, whether you have a question or something new to share. It’s very likely someone already asked that question, shared that app, etc.This is the most basic thing you do before start posting a thread in any sub-forum. If you don't follow this, any repeated thread will be deleted.Multiple threads on one topic will be deleted/merged. Thread which has rich and unique content will be kept, then it does not matter who posted its first or not.04. Spamming is prohibited, whatsoever.Spam is posting any content that is not within the topic of discussion, or does not contribute anything to the forum, whether off-topic OR on topic.When replying a thread, please do not post a few replies at once. Squeeze all your thoughts in one post. This is not a chatroom where you can send several messages at once. Keep the forum clean and tidy.Spamming is prohibited in this forum to make the other members comfortable here. The definition of spam is decided by the management.Post or threads only with Smileys, will be considered as a spam. And they will be deleted immediately. If you keep on posting on and on, you will be warned/banned.Creating threads just to catch attention of users are not allowed, useless threads are not allowed and will be dealt accordingly.Creating threads to ask obvious questions is not allowed.Don't post same threads in more then one sub-forum.Don't post just thread link from another thread.05. Try to post messages only once.You are free to edit your message as you like, so if you do not receive an answer, revisit your message and see if you can describe your problem better.Not everyone is online at the same time, it might take a while before you receive an answer.06. Don’t post Irrelevance and Off-Topic Reply.Please do not reply with unrelated topic or content in a thread/post.For example: Asking Redmi 1S MIUI 6 update in Mi 6 Sub-forum.Such post is considered as off-topic reply. Do not blame moderators for deleting your replies without any reason, as you have been warned from here.  07. Discrimination, Nudity, Profanity, Racism and Swear are prohibited.We do not tolerate any excessive profanity whatsoever. If you are found to be using profanity frequently, your posts will be dealt accordingly.Sharing and posting nudity/pornographic images in thread or avatar is forbidden. Also, profanity, racism and swear on others directly or indirectly will be given a direct warning or ban if it is serious in a way that affect the harmony in forum community.Don’t use sexually explicit language, rudeness or swearing.It’s not acceptable to post nude/pornographic imagery or apps based on same content.Personal attacks, racial, political and religious discussions will not be tolerated.Do not post racist contact in any form.Since the measure of excessive usage is decided by the Moderator on a case by case basis, you will receive ample warning prior to being banned due to the infringement of this clause.08. Flaming, inciting hatred or instigating flame bait are prohibited.Flaming or posting with a lack of respect is not acceptable.Please do not flame other users.This is a friendly community and as such you are expected to be courteous and follow general posting etiquette. And Flamer, will be dealt accordingly.09. Fighting with another user(s) is prohibited here.Please be polite to another user.Please keep this forum in peace without any fights.Don't use any disturbing words here.10. Any “kind or form” of foul words and swears are not allowed.Do not Use Foul Language, not even censored inappropriate words.Yes! I agree, sometimes we do get frustrated but we should always stick to our ethics and be responsible that we are in English forum and we all are representative of this forum.Please do not swear! (S*FU, W*F, etc are swear).11. Thread Title should be Direct & Clear.Do not post unclear title. No one will know what your thread is about by looking at  that title. Be specific and precise. It's easier for others to search, help  you or read your thread regarding to the topic.Always use Good, Descriptive Titles for New Threads. Don't be surprised if a moderator modifies the title of your new thread to make it more descriptive.12. Always Post Sufficient Contents in your threads.Do not post a thread with empty contents or repeat the title. Please provide us more info if you want to ask a question or share with us your tips or anything else. Moderators might delete your thread if it is empty.If you want to create a Poll related thread, Make sure you add some rich content to it. If we find such thread which has only Poll but no description or written content, we will notify Author to write the content, then the thread will be closed/deleted. But he can republish the same thread only if he/she has content.13. Sales & Advertisements is not Allowed here!Not a single sale is allowed in this forum, even if you are selling Xiaomi products! Same goes to advertisements for your personal products, apps, services, etc.Sharing 3rd party seller link is not allowed as well, because we do not recommend users to purchase Xiaomi products via 3rd party seller. There is always a chance in getting a fake product from them.Selling or Buying of devices and gadgets, even if it is Xiaomi product are not allowed in Forum. If found, he or she will be warned or directly banned, depends on the severity of thread/post.Do not post unofficial website links (Example: eBay, Snapdeal, Olx, etc.) for buying Xiaomi products or other products. Also posting YouTube videos with such links in description, are same as you posted into the forum. That thread with link, or video, or post, will be deleted and user will be warned one time, second time he/she will be banned for minimum 14 days!Do not spam, sell or trade.Advertising and income generation is highly forbidden.Posting ads/slogans/websites for a specific software/app etc. in replies, threads, personal info or pm are not allowed.Any type of advertising, job offering, income generation in private messages, are strictly prohibited and and will be dealt accordingly.14. Don’t post warez or paid or copyright contents of any form.You must give credits to the member/team whose work you used (if you used) or make for every app referral to Google Playstore (or other market) link.Do not post warez content.Do not post apps for other mobile OS except android.Do not include copyrated or warez content into your threads.All links to apps/games/roms/softwares/tools are allowed, as long as the link does not require a registration, promote certain website or use advertising url redirection service.Uploading of paid (copyrated) apps, games, etc are not allowed.Only allowed links in this type of thread are direct links to developer’s webpage of market.15. Don't beg for support and reputation in forum.Asking for Likes or Reputation is not permitted as we believe that people will show their appreciation for your response or topic without your having to ask. Please don't beg for support. The real support is decided by the others, NOT from begging. If found, it will be dealt with accordingly.Do not ask to Rate or Support your post/thread in PM as well as don’t even mention in your post/thread. ROMsFor thread which you shared the  download link and changelogs of an official ROM or custom ROM.  06. DiscussionFor thread which you want to discuss  with people in forum. Note that a discussion normally will not have an  absolute answer, and can be discussed for a long time.  07. PhotosFor thread which you shared with us your photos taken by Mi 6 cameras.  08. AppsFor thread  which you want to share about apps that help to enhance Mi 6 performance  or workaround for its drawbacks. Tutorials about the app can be categorized  under this type as well.09. ContestFor thread which you write for joining an official contest by Moderators or Admins.   10. SpecsFor thread which are related with  Mi 6 specs.  11. OthersFor thread which it has nothing  related to above thread types mentioned.Forum Guidelines : How To Use Fourm1. Search and Read!Do not create threads until you searched. Most probably someone before you had same problem and your question is already answered.Please read the sticky threads. Sometimes they ain important information and probably you are interested.Take 1-2 hours from your time, and read the important threads present in forum. Not only they will give you maximum information, but you will also get lot of very helpful/useful information quickly.Use Edit button, instead of creating another post! Multiple posting will lead to deletion of the post then warn and ban eventually.        2. Threads and posts!If you found a thread regarding your problem, please post threre, do not open a new thread.If you start a thread and it's not getting the reaction you wanted or your question not getting solution, you can bump it one time, tag any moderator or Admin.Please don't create threads with Question in title and in the main OP nothing or just a poll.Poll threads: please input an expiry period. 10-20 days is a decent time to see the result of your questions.NO piracy!Don't copy threads from other sources (sites, blogs or sub forums) and paste it to this Sub forum without giving source or credit.Whatever your post HERE: you are assessed and you have full responsibility for your own posts (threads).You should filter information through your own brain, before posting it.Do not post ONLY links in your thread.
