We have received many reports in the forum on issues of WhatsApp recently. But many such reports has no log. To resolve the issue, we need your kind assistance to generate WhatsApp log from the affected devices.
How to generate the log?
1. Open WhatsApp, then tap Menu button > Settings > Help > Contact us.
2. Enter a description of the issue in the description field.
3. Tap NEXT > THIS DOES NOT ANSWER MY QUESTION.
4. Send the email.
The above steps will automatically generate a log file as an email attachment.
