[Chat] Anyone having problem with Citylink delivering your Xiaomi Products to Malaysia?

Just wanna check if anyone facing any problem with Citylink Express (as Xiaomi delivering agent in Malaysia) delivering your purchases recently to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia?  I have really bad experiance with them as compared to Fedex and UPS. I have made 3 arrangements with them to deliver my parcel but they just won't turn up, its more than a week already in their warehouse .... very frustrated with them {:4_126:}

Hopefully Xiaomi China would evaluate them or future express agents prior to giving them the contract for delievry. {:4_102:}  This has turned a beautiful buying experiance with mi.com into a hellish nightmare !!!

Yeah mate, I am with you there !! Gdex is better as we do not have to re-arrange, they will make the effort to re-send and call up which is their job to begin with !! {:4_127:}

Fedex is not very good as well, but they are x100 way better than CItylink.
