Is there any fix for Mi Home Security Camera 360° 1080p speaker? - Feedbacks - Mi Community

The Mi Home Security Camera 360° 1080p is a very good product, the only issue i have is the the speaker, volume level is far to low. I hardly hear anything. The voice guided set up was loud enough, so speakers are able to perform this. I tried 2 different phones with same result. Is there an update planned? Is there a workaround?

I purchased the Mi 360 1080 two days ago. The volume at the time of setup was loud but after the installation, it's hardly audible. I tried to search in settings but there are no volume controls. How should we fix it so that the advertised two-way audio can be utilised.

I have the same issue and took my cam to the Mi store today. They first tested it on a Mi phone and it showed the same quiet volume as my own phone. They then tried an LG phone and the volume was much louder. They told me that there is nothing wrong with the device and the issue depends on what phone you use. I found it surprising that even with the Mi phone, it was still super quiet. I guess you get what you pay for...

Then i tried on oppo phone and Samsung note both giving very quiet sound on the camera.. What is the solution.. Should xaiomi send updates to control camera speaker volume.. That's really sad

I bought a Mi 360 security camera yesterday. Yes, the speaker volume on the camera is very low. It is as good as not having a 2 way talk back feature.
