You all might have been switching from Stable to Beta rom or vice versa and might have faced an issue or two when moving from One rom to another as you need to understand a full Tutorial and the terms in it. Sometimes you might also end up bricking your device as you did flash a ROM of a different device. To clear this confusion, a New tool - XiaoMi Tool (Unofficial) has been made by a member of xda- franztesca and his thread
A Computer Running Windows 7/8/10 (With .NET Framework)

It will then look for Devices and connect your Phone through Data Cable to PC and let it scan. Once done it will show your Device Model, Proceed if it's correct
The tool will then proceed with some necessary checks which take nearly 10 minutes so that your phone can be flashed
Note: A Pop-up menu will come in your phone, Tick "Always allow from this Computer" and Accept.
Next, the Tool will look on the internet for latest ROM's supported for your phone and will give you a list to migrate to any one of these.
Note: As I was having a Global Beta Rom I have moved to Global Stable. Also, note that Chinese ROM's don't have Google apps and Play services in them.
Confirm your Rom Selection or you can go back and select another one.
It will now start downloading the fastboot file for your selected Rom and time taken is dependent on your internet speed (Ignore my slow speed net)
After the files are downloaded it will now start flashing via stock recovery
It will take around 5-10 minutes and will show the following screen
You can donate the creator if you wish to.
Then your phone will reboot and take around 10-15 minutes to boot up as it will set up things for the first boot and you will come to this screen. Ta - Daa!
1. Select Advanced Features in the Rom Selection menu and you can Root, Flash TWRP and can also Unlock your Bootloader
2. You can also install the Xiaomi.eu ROM's for your Phone (Unofficial) using this tool.
3. To flash any Custom Roms you can use the option " Other Recovery file" and select the zip. It will be flashed to your phone right from PC through the Tool.
