Refresh rate is incredibly important. Maybe not so much on a tiny smartphone screen but if you've ever checked out those OLED tvs especially the earlier models it is so strange and you feel this vertigo looking at the screen. That's because OLED screens have much slower refresh rates than normal LCD tvs. So you should notice that the same program that's in HD and up will appear jarring on the OLED compared to your standard LCD tv. My personal experience was when Avengers was playing on a sample OLED at my local Best Buy. I had already gotten my copy of the film and I loved how crisp it was. But when I saw it on the OLED tv it just felt so weird and after a while I couldn't stand it.
