How can I view the list of processes running on MIUI, including background or system processes?I mean a real-time view of what's on memory, its processor and memory usage, some way to kill or halt those processes, something like Windows Task Manager for MIUI.Where is that option?

If you still can't find it, you can use Quick Shortcut Maker to find the activity. Search for 'Running Services' using Normal Search.
