Exactly the same problem Android Auto and Mi9 T. I have tried all recommendations and no one fix the problem. I have got a new KIA CEED and a  2018 Hyundai i40

I have exactly the same problem. With my last Xiaomi Remi note 5 I hadn't had problems, only with Xiaomi Mi 9T. I don't have dual apps. I connected the device on Kia Forte 2017. I hope they fix it soon. Please.

Same problem as everyone here. Android Auto doesn't work with the Mi 9t and smart 453 Navigationsystem. I tried every fix that i could find in the internet and spent lots of time to find a solution on my own. But now I just want a fix from you Xiaomi. It is not a joke that this feature is so important for so many people that they will change the phone or not even buy this phone because of that. We all want to help Xiaomi rise so just listen to your consumers. Fix this and by the way make low light pics and the video camera better.

Same issue with my Mi 9T on a 2019 Peugeot 2008. I get the "Please connect the phone again or check the compatibility" message. Tried all the suggestions I found online for other xiaomi models and nothing works.

Everyone has the same problem, I don't understand the reason for the "More info needed" tag.

Very disappointed...

I encourage everyone to report the bug through the "Feedback" app on your phones, too. When you open it, select that you are reporting an "Issue", describe it in a few sentences and submit. It will ask you which application do you have a problem with, and there is an option to select "other google app" from that list.

I was contacted today by one of the technical customer service representatives via email, because of the submitted feedback. Hopefully, they are actually taking a look at this issue and will be able to issue a fix very soon.

And I really hope someone either tells us what other info is needed (if any), or remove the "More info needed" tag from this post. I tried to PM the guy Mara tagged, asking him to remove it, but he never responded.
