Sleep tracker is very inaccurate, is there any way to improve?
Turning heart rate detection - sleep assistant for one or two nights I'll help to get more accurate? Does it collect data over the night to became more accurate?

Thanks

The tracking is junk. It's the worst aspect of this band.
The previous miband2 was better on this.
Well, with the band 4 released, don't expect any improvement on tracking analysis. Better buy the new model.
Or use a different app with a different algorithm, like Mi Bandage
