[Q&A] [BUG] after update 10.3.1.0 - wlan_logs folder

after the last ota update MIUI 10 Global Stable version V10.3.1.0.OEIMIXM have an issue with the device.

On the 20.May i updated the RN5-Global version (64gb/4gb) early in the morning via OTA

i already read on xda-site someone mentioning a bug where:

there is a folder created called wlan_logs (since i donT have a SD-card it is created on the internal storge)

so after the update i checked and had this folder i let the phone run all day (didnT turn of the device , also left wifi on) long till this morning the wlan_logs folder grew to the size around 250mb.
I deleted the folder restarted the device and folder was created again, after 10mins it was already 40mb big.

So I used a fastboot img to go back to 10.2.2. and checked the folder was not created :D.
I will stay on 10.2.2 till this thing gets sorted out, only the notification is annyoing (system update)

Please let me know if you also have this issue (replay here), so that we get the Dev's to look into this and push a fix for this bug

Edit: Fixed wrong folder name (Wifi_logs) to wlan_logs

It seems to be an old story and it will be probably patched soon: https://forum.xda-developers.com/mi-max-2/how-to/guide-disable-wifi-logging-miui-rom-t3691805

There's also a clever temporary workaround consisting on deleting the folder and creating a file with the same name. You guys who can't delete the folder: try switching off all your radios, that should stop the logging. Try renaming the folder. Try rebooting with all radios off to stop the logging and preventing it from starting again. I'll check the results myself tomorrow.

My husband and I have the Xiaomi note 5 pro. He updated the V10.3.1.0.OEIMIXM and his phone never came back on up to now, just seeing a black screen and reboot, nothing is happening. Now I got the notification to update it and im trying not to accidentally touch it untill I find out how to move it from my notification bar. This is a serious issue that need to be looked into on behalf of costomers. Someone please send some advice on how to get his phone back and running. Thanks.
