[Bug] Mi 8 Lite Wifi issue

Hello!

I have a Wifi N wireless router with 100mbps Internet rightly configured in 2.4Ghz.

I have 2 Xiaomi phones connected to the router, but my Mi 8 Lite (Miui 10.3.1.0 Android Pie) only connects on 72mbps.
My old phone Redmi Note 4 (Miui 10 Android Marshmallow) connects on 108mbps.

Is there a way to do my Mi 8 Lite get full internet speed like RN4 does without using 5Ghz?

That's based on the frequency u connect with phone.
Try move the phone closer to the router. u'll get higher speed.

Side by side to the router.
Mi 8 Lite always on 72Mbps and RN4 MTK on 135Mbps.

u mean the speed test or just the number showing in the connection page?

Both.
But speed test is something like 50mbps.
What I don't understand is the fact that Snapdragon 660 has 2x2 wifi spatial streaming and should work correctly, if old RN4 Mediatek works.

Hey there.
The speed may also depend on the  modem and processor present in the phone. it may vary from phone to phone.
Thanks for your understanding
