Pros: performance, design, battery( enough to use for a day)
Cons: camera and don't have global rom

for me It works fine also with the China / eng ROM, just use "more locale" app to put all apps in your desired language. I have the LTE version and also works in 4g in my country. working good as expected

Cons: Youcannot pair Samsung Gear S3 with mi pad 4, no information about miui 10
Pros: overall i am happy with this device. Work smooth anf fast, good battery life

Regarding miui 10 Watch out for the China dev this Friday, close beta one is already been tested and maybe we are in luck and will be released
