[Service] worst after sale services i have ever seen...

            listen every one if you are going to purchase mi product then think again...because ur luck could't be with u every time.... agar aap galti se v kisi defective product ke sikaar huwe to naak ragdte reh jaiye, wo jitni ghisegi utna hi replacement ka policy wide hota chala jaega. Pehle to mahino lagenge us product ko warehouse me pahunchne ko phir suru hoga khel technical department ka jiska har ball bouncer hoga kabhi kahenge damage product bhej diya to kabhi kahenge note 4 ke jagah note 3 bhej diya. Reverse pickup ke samay hi sara verification ho gaya hota hai... fir v latke rehiye investigation khatm hone tak jiska koi limit nahi hai 4week to aaram se nikal jaenge koi feedback call ka intejaar karna to paap hoga so fir se naak ragadna start kijiye..... jo ki main abhi kar raha hun, ... upar wale ka sukrya jisne lambi naak di or mi walon se guzarish ki please indian hi bane rehne dena..

this time its really hurt me a lot.

thanks for your suggestion dear. I also placed an order for mi max but finally i cancelled it and purchase another one from my nearest store. thank-god to save me from mi.

i am also facing the same problem since one month...After ordering note 4 i got defective one which back button key didn't light up so request a replacement to mi India and they made reverse pickup through blue dart on 16 Feb..after that mi India call on 22nd Feb that they got my note 4 in damaged condition...so it will take some time to investigate...from that day i called every day mi customer service for status and every time they told me that it will take some more time... till now i haven't get my replacement...so be careful before going to make a purchase through mi.com
