Xiaomi Customer Support can only provide full support for those devices that was officially released and purchased in their own respective country and that was published on their official website. Meaning that if you have devices such as Smartphone, Mi Box etc. This are the things that you need to know before contacting the Xioami Customer Support;


  • Make sure that the device was officially released in the country and can be confirmed on Xiaomi Official Website of their respective country.
  • Please ensure that devices was bought in the official Mi website or from an authorized partner re-seller.
  • For any escalation such as repair, replacement etc, please ensure a receipt or an invoice.
  • And be nice to the representative since they are trying their best to help if they could really do something.
