I bought the xiaomi mi6 ceramic 6gb ram 128 gb on 20/01/2018 from the mi store Hongkong Causeway Bay and today 23/10/2018 does not open the device. What should I do? there is some guarantee?
I can not get a copy of my phone data because when I plug it into the computer it does not recognize it at all.
