I searched for mi pad at around INR.12000 but could not find in mi store, But available at e bay.|
So I purchased. The same was shipped and delivered at no time by seller AK's Nest. Maharashtra-421301.
The mi box was not sealed, so I raised a claim to return the item.
The seller replied that it is quality checked, is under manufacturer's warranty.
Lastly e bay authority sent this mail............
Remarks : As per our telephonic conversation on your registered number 98**** on 10/01/2018 at 3:15 PM. We request you to provide an authorized letter from any merchant who deals into such items stating that the item is not reason of the claim . The authorized letter must contain appraiser’s name, contact No. and his complete address.
I can't understand, why should I go to any merchant and what will he write?
Please help asap.
