Hello Mi Fans,
Technology is making our life easier and every day it is making some improvements so that people can get their daily work done by gadgets or computers.Today I will talk about what happened in the technology world in last week, Let's get started without wasting much time.

1. How did Satellite Phones work? By PPM2

Cell phone technology marches relentlessly forward. What were once luggage-sized bricks that made only voice calls are now slender smartphones with capabilities limited only by your imagination? Well, your imagination ... and your signal. Cell phones require cellular towers, which connect with varying (and often disappearing) signal strength. In those places where cell phones dare not wonder -- that's where satellite phones prove their mettle.

2. Navdy: A Car Dashboard Gadget That Will Totally Change How You Drive By Yaseen Terdalkar

Let me start off by saying that Navdy in itself is inherently cool. The device sits on top of the dashboard and has a flip-up, transparent panel where information is projected. You control it through gestures and a rotary dial that straps to your steering wheel. It’s all powered by the car’s own OBD-II port (which is why Navdy only works with cars from 2003 or later) and can communicate with the car’s Bluetooth system and your phone at the same time.

3. Blockchain: Technology Explained By Hari Sankar G

Blockchain : What's that?
A blockchain – originally block chain – is a continuously growing list of records, called blocks, which are linked and secured using cryptography. Each block typically contains a hash pointer as a link to a previous block, a timestamp and transaction data. By design, blockchains are inherently resistant to modification of the data. A blockchain is "an open, distributed ledger that can record transactions between two parties efficiently and in a verifiable and permanent way."

4. Paytm Payments Bank Officially Launched With Some Key Features !! By Vishnu Shanmughan

Paytm Payments Bank was formally launched by CEO Vijay Shekhar Sharma on Tuesday, even as the service was available to consumers with the latest update to the Paytm app. The offline services of the Paytm Payments Bank have also started with this formal announcement, complementing the online service. The bank offers a saving account with zero opening charges, unlike most of the other bank accounts.

5. Instagram Testing New Features: Repost, Gif Stickers and Much More By Meet Gour

Instagram has been evolving steadily over the past year, with the addition of stories, stickers, a refresh of its filters, photo groups and so on. Now, the app is about to get a highly-requested new feature... and one that's not so in-demand.
The first one is an alleged “Regram” — basically the retweet of Instagram. The way it is right now, if you want to repost someone's content, you need to download their photo, post it as yours, and tag them in the description, if you are nice enough. Or, use a 3rd party app that does that for you.

6. Youtube Community Rolls out to More Channels and Gets a Stories Clone By SHUBHANK RAJAK

Today, YouTube has announced that it will be vastly increasing the number of channels that have access to Community, offering it to any creator that passes the 10,000 subscriber mark. Additionally, YouTube is also tweaking some of the product's existing features, like showing Community posts to some viewers directly in the Home tab instead of only inside the Community tab.
An unexpected new feature in Community is 'Reels,' which is basically just another Stories clone — because apparently Snapchat, Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, and Messenger weren't already enough.

7. UMANG - The All In One E-Governance App By Udit Mathur

Umang basically stands for Unified Mobile Application for New-age Governance and is envisaged to make e-governance. The application is already available for download from Google Play store, Apple App store and also on Windows store for free. This e-governance application is developed by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) and National e-Governance Division (NeGD) in order to drive Mobile Governance in India and also promote Modi's Digital India program.

8. Net Neutrality: All You Need to Know! By Rohan_ron

What is Net Neutrality?
Net Neutrality means an internet that enables and protects free speech. It means that ISPs should provide us with open networks and shouldn’t block or discriminate against any applications orcontent that ride over those networks. Just as your phone company shouldn’t decide who you call and what you say on that call, your ISP shouldn’t interfere with the content you view or post online.

9. Micro Air Vehicle - All You Need To Know About It By Emmanuel Antony

The term Micro Air Vehicle (MAV) refers to a new type of remotely controlled aircraft (UAV) that is significantly smaller than similar aircraft's, obtainable by using state of the art technology. The target dimension for MAVs today is approximately 15 centimeters (six inches) and development of insect-sized aircrafts is reportedly expected in the near future. Potential military use is one of the driving factors, although MAVs are also being used commercially and in scientific, police, and mapping applications.

10. 4-D Printing (4th Dimension Printing): Technology Explained By Hari Sankar G

What is 4-D printing aka 4th Dimension Printing?

A volumetric display device is a graphic display device that forms a visual representation of an object in three physical dimensions, as opposed to the planar image of traditional screens that simulate depth through a number of different visual effects. One definition offered by pioneers in the field is that volumetric displays create 3D imagery via the emission, scattering, or relaying of illumination from well-defined regions in (x,y,z) space. Though there is no consensus among researchers in the field, it may be reasonable to admit holographic and highly multiview displays to the volumetric display family if they do a reasonable job of projecting a three-dimensional light field within a volume. Most, if not all, volumetric 3D displays are either autostereoscopic or automultiscopic; that is, they create 3D imagery visible to the unaided eye. Note that some display technologists reserve the term "autostereoscopic" for flat-panel spatially multiplexed parallax displays, such as lenticular-sheet displays.
