I cannot use the *# code function (e.g. *123#). It happened during a recent trip to Malaysia. It was fine before that and use it pretty often, to check balance enquiry or top-up data. Now when I dial the code I get a message "Connection Problem or Invalid MMI Code".|
Has anyone encountered this problem? Any suggestions? Thanks. This is what I get when I try to connect:
