Need some help and advice please.
I have a Band 2 that I am trying to pair with my iphone 5s.
Have downloaded the IOS Xiaomi app from appstore.
Have set up new account. Cannot seem to pair.
Message is ‘Cannot pair. Contact Customer Service’.
I have been trying to call the support hotline for hours butalways engaged tone.
My Xiaomi Band2 is from my relative who has already unpairedthe device and has left SG.
Can someone kindly help me.
