Hi My phone (Redmi note 4) not showing dial pad / options of conference call, notepad, mute. speaker etc. options while the call is placed or call in progress. Hence during the call, I cannot mute/unmute or Conference someone or follow the instructions to type 1 or 2 anytning since dial pad not visible. How to get it rectified. |
