PROXIMITY SENSOR PROBLEM - MIUI Tools - Mi Community

Dear Team,

Purchased Redmi Note 8 mobile phone on First day of sale.
Recently noticed that proximity sensor is not working . Tried caliberate through the option dial *#*#6484#*#*
but shows proximity test fail

kindly find the attached screenshots.

Issue not solved .. Don't put stamp on thread like issue solved . what a great reply from you.
we know we have to visit service centre, but don't expect customer visit customer center within purchase of 30Days and this not custormer should under go.
This show MI product Reliability .
